Training for our customers

Invoice handling – basic course

The basic course is for new users or for those who wish to become a Palette system administrator. You get a basic overview of the system and the opportunity to do practical exercises. The training comprises a full day and is carried out at Palette’s head office in central Stockholm. More info and registration

Invoice management – advanced course

A training day for those who are system administrators and who have basic knowledge of the invoice management module. You get an in-depth review of the system’s functionality, including control parameters, management of roles/users, access groups, and registry management. More info and registration

PaletteMaster – Administration

Review of PaletteMaster. You will learn how to manage jobs, troubleshoot logs, and control queues. We recommend that you take the training if you have recently received or want to get a login to PaletteMaster. Web-based training that takes about two hours. Learn more here

PaletteAcademy - utbildning för partners

PaletteAcademy for our partners

PaletteAcademy is training aimed at those who are or will become partners of Palette.

The training is divided into several sub-courses with different specializations. There is a basic course that focuses on getting started with Palette’s invoice management solution and a continuation course that deals with the entire purchase-to-pay process. In addition, there are course sections that focus on sales, project management, or technology.

The course is held by our own product experts, usually people who have worked with Palette for many years, either in a sales-related role or as a project manager/application consultant.

PaletteAcademy is carried out at our head office in central Stockholm. The duration of the various sub-courses varies from 1 to 3 days.
