We are now looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator that has the drive and ambition to help us continuously improve and develop the process from sign to invoice.

As a Sales Operation Coordinator you will act as the bridge between Sales and Finance close to the business in an international environment. The position plays a crucial role in customer sales growth by supporting and working closely with both customers, partners, and our sales teams globally. You will be responsible for the process from signed agreement to invoice but also for supporting the sales organisation with CRM training, CRM administration and process optimization as well as providing data reports and analysis.

Within this position you will serve as a point of contact for existing customers as well as the business handling agreement and license related questions and requests providing the customers and colleagues with the best service possible.

The Sales Operation Coordinator is part of the Business Operations team within our Financial department but works closely with many other departments. The team works from the Stockholm office and consists of two Sales Operation Coordinators and two Billing Operation Specialists working closely together.

What you will do:

  • Transferring signed customer agreements to Sales Orders and Contracts in our CRM and ERP system (Oracle NetSuite), ensuring that contract and customer data are correct.
  • Assisting the Sales organization in how to register sales opportunities and customer data in the CRM.
  • Serving as a point of contact for existing customers handling agreement and license related questions and requests.
  • Customer contract management in NetSuite.
  • Maintaining and updating customer licenses in our license tools .
  • Monitoring, updating and maintaining customer data and records in NetSuite.
  • Providing the business with customer and sales data reports and analysis from CRM.

What we look for:

  • Education within finance, sales or administration and/or proven minimum 5 years work experience from finance and/or sales.
  • You are highly organized and have great administrative skills with a strong attention to details in everyday work.
  • You are service oriented with a positive attitude demonstrating a willingness to provide the customers and colleagues with the best service possible.
  • You are a curious team player that actively collaborates with your colleagues within your team and other cross functional departments.
  • You are reliable with ability to plan and prioritize your daily work to deliver on time with quality.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • You have experience from working with customer relationship management (CRM) and MS office programs.
  • It’s a merit if you have experience from working in SaaS/B2B industry.
