As a part of our exciting journey ahead we’re looking for a curious and analytical HR talent who will support the HR function in strengthening our employer brand and employee processes. You will report to the HR Manager and work from our fantastic HQ in central Stockholm!

During fall we will start implementing a global HR System that contains every step and process in the employee life cycle. This is as possibility to join a fast-growing company in an exciting phase by helping create the best kind of employee experience there is.

In this role, you will start working part-time for 6 months, with a chance to be prolonged.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Be a part of the project group for implementing a global HR System and help creating the best user experience for managers and employees.
  • Review and update HR processes in alignment with the HR system
  • Setup and organize HR information and employee files, capturing all required documentation in compliance with GDPR.
  • Support in harmonising global policies with local legislation and common practice as well as rolling out global policies at local level.
  • Provide training to managers and staff within the HR System
  • Various tasks within the HR area

We believe this says something about you:

  • Organized and “can-do-attitude”
  • Interest HR trends and technologies
  • Formal education in Human Resources Management or similar, preferably at university level
  • You put great emphasis on quality of data and have an eye for detail
  • Experience in HRIS systems administration is a plus
  • Integrity, good judgement, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Great people skills and does not hesitate to collaborate cross functionally
  • Knowledge and understanding for HR processes and labour law
