Account Executive – US

We are now looking for an Account Executive to join our Centsoft US Sales team. If you’re in the beginning of your career looking for a steep career trajectory, Palette Software is the place for you.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new potential customers as well as driving the sales process from lead stage to closed deal in the small and mid-market customer segment. We welcome you who might be new in your career in sales and hungry to develop your skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this position you need to be eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable creating relationships with potential customers.

The Centsoft US sales team is on a rapid growth path, and you will play a key role in its success. You will be one of an initial nine people strong team, that together will span over marketing, sales, delivery and support of our Centsoft service for the North American market. Of course, you will always have devoted support from our experienced headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do:

  • Generate new business revenues according to quotas.
  • Contact inbound and outbound leads to set a first company and product introduction.
  • Hold product demos and webinars, attend industry related events and sales training programs.
  • Work in partnership with our Marketing and Partner team.
  • Assist management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Up-selling and leveraging business from established customer relationships.
  • Negotiate agreements and pricing with new and existing customers.
  • Continuously update progress for leads and opportunities in CRM system.

Your skills and experience

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or similar.
  • Proven track record of revenue achievement and solid sales forecasting.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create a clear message and value proposition towards C-level stakeholders within a prospect organisation.
  • Team player, collaboration across teams in US and other departments.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • It’s a merit to have experience selling software or digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
