Account Executive – Nordics

We are now looking for an Account Executive to join our Centsoft EMEA Sales team in Stockholm.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new potential customers as well as driving the sales process from lead stage to closed deal in the small and mid-market customer segment. To be successful in this position, a value-driven sales approach is key. You need to be eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with a high pace growth environment.

The Centsoft EMEA sales team is in a rapid growth, and you will play a key role in its success with lots of internal career opportunities.

Role responsibility:

  • Generate new business revenues to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
  • Qualification of key stake holders and understanding business challenges at prospect organizations
  • Contact inbound and outbound leads to set a first company and product introduction.
  • Hold product demos and webinars.
  • Work in partnership with our Marketing and Partner team.
  • Up-selling and leveraging business from established customer relationships.
  • Negotiate agreements and pricing with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare sales proposals for prospects.
  • Continuously update progress for leads and opportunities in CRM system.

What we look for:

  • Ideally 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably within business administration, marketing or similar.
  • Background in prospecting, creating deals from scratch and closing new business.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create a clear message and value proposition towards C-level stakeholders within a prospect organization.
  • Preferably, experience of selling Software or digital solutions in the Nordic/EMEA market.
  • A team player with flexible mindset and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Result-driven with an ability to deliver strong results in a timely manner.
  • Fluent in Swedish (or another Nordic language) and English.
